$D13x progress

so im still finishing the $D13x system, each time iget close i end up adding a whole new script (lol) anyway, i made a window-skin and repositioned the information screen, any thoughts anyone ?

  3. So then this allows for heavy equipment modification including sockets and skill/skills et learning. Interesting.

      • As long as it has kind of open compatibility with other systems that tamper with equipment like… Adding more slots and whatnot this looks promising.

  4. i have written it so it should copy everything equipment has, whether its default or made from another script, like yanfly’s cooldowns/warmups, my equip-requirements, my pspds, almost everything i can think of, this will be compatible, the only things it wont be compatible with are things that also do heavy modification on equipment and overwrite things i need, like $game_party.gain_item (which i use but havent overwritten as it causes bugs )
    this system overwrites almost all default script calls like the ones used in event commands.

    ive also written enough add-ons that i doubt any other equipment modifying script would even need to be used :p

    Should have it finished by mid next week. its just the positioning of the damn screens thats taking so long, as im quite fussy about the looks of my screens, so i tend to take a silly amount of time just staring at them thinking, “what could be better” lol

    also @jragyn, i have added a “slots” system , called “sockets” that allows adding of stone type items that increase params/features 🙂 (you can see Life Gem in the screenshots)

    And how abouth the colors of the equipments, is it a built-in feature or are you using another script, such as control text from Victor?

    • lol sorry but this is funny. i havent used ANY other script from any other scripter (other than data backup by Tsukihime) for about a year now :p

      Yes the color feature is built in to the equipment screen script / random stat script (colors are based on teirs f items which are chosen at random with a percentage chance :p )

    I was ALMOST sure it was a built in compability hehe, but i thought about asking as i tryed to use VE control text and it gave me an incompability with Modern Algebra Icon Hue (Which is a very useful script, as it changes the hue of any icon).
    Can’t wait to see the it fully released =).

    • Changing hue is useful, but having 999999 icons is also useful.
      If you would like, I can Mediafire-link an iconset that has like, a billion icons of various colors in it.

        Thanks a lot jragyn. I would really accept your help if i wasn’t using the high fantasy graphics. Unfortunatelly the drawed icons dont fit the graphics very well. I am also working on a commercial project, and an iconset like that might be hard to give all the credits. Thanks again for the offer =)!!
